l  변경취지: 토토 커뮤니티 순위 절차 온라인화/간소화

l  기존 토토 커뮤니티 순위의 문제점

§ 수강지도가 오프라인으로 이루어져 실제 토토 커뮤니티 순위 내역과 지도 내역과의 차이가 발생한다는 문제점이 제기 됨.

§ 유사한 기능을 가진 토토 커뮤니티 순위정정과 토토 커뮤니티 순위취소의 반복과 ‘토토 커뮤니티 순위취소원’ 제출로 인한 시간 및 노력 낭비에 대한 문제점 제기 됨.

§ 예비토토 커뮤니티 순위이 당초의 기능을 하지 못하고 그 실효성에 대한 의문이 제기 됨.

l  주요변경사항

§ 정규학기 예비토토 커뮤니티 순위폐지(계절학기는 유지)

§ 절차 간소화: 주임교수 승인 및 토토 커뮤니티 순위(정정)원 학과 제출 절차 생략

§ 온라인화: 지도교수 승인의 온라인화(토토 커뮤니티 순위원 출력 불필요/오프라인으로 승인 불필요)

§ 토토 커뮤니티 순위정정과 토토 커뮤니티 순위취소의 통합: 토토 커뮤니티 순위 취소원 제출 불필요

§ 계절학기 Drop-Withdrawal로 변경:무책임한 Drop으로 인한 다른 학생들의 토토 커뮤니티 순위기회 박탈 및 피해 방지

l  유의사항

§ 결재는 온라인 처리되나반드시 지도교수를 방문하여 토토 커뮤니티 순위지도를 받아야 함.

§ 수강지도를 받지 않을 시 토토 커뮤니티 순위이 반려처리 될 수 있음.

§ 토토 커뮤니티 순위 기간 내에 토토 커뮤니티 순위에 대한 지도교수 승인을 받지 못할 시에는모든 토토 커뮤니티 순위 신청 내역이 삭제됨.

Changes in Course 토토 커뮤니티 순위 Process and Schedules

l  Effective: Spring 2012

l  Approved by the Education Committee at the 4^thmeeting in 2010 (Nov. 11, 2010)

l  Purpose:To simplify the course 토토 커뮤니티 순위 process and make it available online

l  Problems with the current process

§Currently, the course 토토 커뮤니티 순위 counseling sessions are conducted offline, and the actual courses students register online may differ from the courses discussed with their advisor.

§Course drops are processed during both the 토토 커뮤니티 순위 change (add/drop) period and the course drop period, and different forms are used in each period. Questions are raised on the efficiency of having two periods and forms.

§The Preliminary 토토 커뮤니티 순위 has failed to serve its intended purpose and is considered unnecessary and ineffective.

l  Major changes

§No more Preliminary 토토 커뮤니티 순위 for regular semesters (but continues for Summer and Winter sessions)

§Simplified procedure:No need to submit the Department Head’s Approval and the Course 토토 커뮤니티 순위 (Change) Forms to the department office.

§Online approval:Academic advisors can approve students’ course 토토 커뮤니티 순위s online. (Students do not need to print out and obtain approval on the Course 토토 커뮤니티 순위 Form.)

§토토 커뮤니티 순위 Change and Course Drop Combined:Students may add/drop courses during the 토토 커뮤니티 순위 change period only. (No additional course drop period.)

l  All drops in the Summer and the Winter sessions will be treated as withdrawalsto prevent students from registering in classes without true intention to take.

l  Important notes

§Studentsmust consult their academic advisor before registering for classes online.

§If a student fails to consult his/her advisor, the토토 커뮤니티 순위 he/she submitted online may not be processed.

§If a student fails to obtain his/her advisor’s approval on the course 토토 커뮤니티 순위 within the 토토 커뮤니티 순위 period,the 토토 커뮤니티 순위 will be deleted from the system.

§Students whose GPA from the preceding semester is 3.4 or higher may register for additional credits in excess of the semester maximum through their department office and obtaining approval from their academic advisor online.
