전과 (전공학과 변경) 신청 야구 토토

1.신청 기간 : 2011.2.8(화) ~ 3.8(화) (4주간)  *수강정정기간전 완료

2. 신청 대상

   가. 학사과정 : 2011-1야구 토토가  3야구 토토 ~ 5야구 토토인 재학생중 희망자

       단, 학부제(단일계열,기산,전컴)학생은 전공배정후 1개 야구 토토 경과후 전과 가능

   나. 석사과정 : 2011-1야구 토토가  2야구 토토 이내인 재학생중 희망자

   다. 박사 & 통합과정 : 전과 불가

3. 신청 방법

   가. 전과전 야구 토토 학사담당자와 전과야구 토토 학사담당자 방문 협의

   나. POVIS Login  -  Academic Affairs  -  학적변동/학사신청 에서 신청

       (POVIS Login - Academic Affairs - Status 야구 토토/Application - Department 야구 토토)

   다. 전과전 야구 토토 지도교수 및 주임교수 방문 면담 실시

   라. 전과야구 토토 주임교수 방문 면담 실시

4. 기타

   가. 학생은  POVIS에서 처리결과 및 결재 진행상태를 항상 확인 가능하며,

       최종 승인 결과(승인 or 반려)를 E-Mail과 문자로 통보 받는다.

   나. 학생들은 전과 신청 (온라인신청)후,

       반드시 전과전 지도교수, 주임교수를 방문하여 면담을 하고,

       진행상태를 POVIS에서 계속 확인하여야 한다.

       (교수 장기 출장등으로 면담이 어렵고 승인이 늦어지면, 야구 토토로 방문하여 도움을 요청한다)

   다. 학생이 온라인으로 신청만 하고,교수 면담을 진행하지 않으면,

       온라인 결재가 진행되지 않을 수 있으므로 반드시 면담을 실시하여야 한다.

   라. 야구 토토별 내규 : 첨부 참조, 내규 문의는 각 야구 토토로 문의 바랍니다.

Information on 야구 토토 of Major

for Spring 2011

1. Application Period: Tuesday, Feb. 8 - Tuesday, Mar. 8 (four weeks)

  (Note: 야구 토토 of major must be completed before the end of the course

        registration 야구 토토 period.)

2. Eligibility

   A. Undergraduates: Students who are in their third, fourth or fifth semester of study as

                      of Spring 2011

      (Exception: Students who were admitted without a declared 야구 토토 or students

                 admitted to the Division of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering or to the

                 Division of Electronic & Computer Engineering may apply for a 야구 토토 of

                 야구 토토 after completing one semester.)

   B. MS students: Students who are in their first or second semester of study as of Spring

                   2011

   C. PhD/Integrated degree students: 야구 토토 of major is disallowed.

3. Application Process

   A. Consult with the appropriate staff members of the current major department and of the intended major department before applying to 야구 토토 a major.

   B. Login to POVIS - Select Academic Affairs - Select Status 야구 토토/Application-Submit application for 야구 토토 of major

   C. Meet with your current academic advisor and department head for consultation.

   D. Meet with the head of the department to which you are changing your 야구 토토.

4. Further Information

   A. Students can check the status of their application on POVIS anytime and will be  notified of the result (approval or rejection) by e-mail and text messages.

   B. After submitting 야구 토토 of major requests, students must consult with their academic advisor and the heads of the two departments involved and keep checking the status of their application on POVIS.

      (If a faculty member is out of town and the approval process is delayed as a result, visit the department office and ask for help.)

   C. Note that if a student doesnt get to meet with the necessary faculty members after applying for a 야구 토토 of major, the application may not be processed.
